What data do we collect?
Information you give us
- Enquiry and callback forms: your name, mobile number, e-mail address (optional), your goal or the course you are interested in, and your preferred time for a call.
- Hire from Us form (companies): company name, industry, website, GSTIN or CIN, contact person's name and designation, mobile number, e-mail, the roles you are hiring for, experience, number of openings, job location, work mode and any notes.
- Admission and enrolment: the details on your application form and the documents listed in our Terms & Conditions – identity proof (Aadhaar or passport), educational certificate and photograph – and your payment records.
- Student portal: the login details you use for our learning platform.
This information is collected with your participation and knowledge. You cannot use our courses anonymously, but you can browse this website without telling us who you are.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, we also record your IP address, browser type, the page you sent it from and the date and time. We use this only to prevent spam and misuse of our forms.
How do we use your data?
- To register you for a course or demo class you have asked for.
- To call or message you back and understand your requirements.
- To share proposals, quotations, invoices and hiring details.
- To run our placement assistance – for example, sharing a student's profile with a hiring company, which we do with the student's consent.

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above – for example, enquiry details while we are in touch with you about a course, and student records for as long as needed for certification, placement support and our legal and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

- You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to ventureheapacademy@gmail.com. We will verify your identity first.
- We will complete a deletion request within 30 working days. Deleting your data may affect services you are using with us (for example, certificates or placement support), and deleted data cannot be recovered.
- You can stop promotional messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our e-mails or by writing to us.

Students under 18
Our courses are open to students from 16 years of age. If you are under 18, please share your details with us with the knowledge of your parent or guardian.
