Enrolment

A student's registration and enrolment for a course is a binding agreement to finish the course and to pay the full fees. The application form must be signed to show the student's agreement to follow Ventureheap's terms and conditions.

Eligibility criteria

You should meet the following eligibility criteria at the time of admission:

• The minimum educational qualification to enrol for a course at Ventureheap Academy is 12th / HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) pass or any other equivalent qualification.
• Your age should be between 16 and 45 years on the date of admission.

Required documents

You must submit the following documents within 7 days of course commencement:

• Self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card (for Indians) or Passport (for non-Indians).
• Self-attested copy of the Higher Secondary Certificate.
• One recent passport-size photograph.

Fees

• All fees are payable only in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payment can be made by any of these methods:
  • UPI or bank transfer directly to our HDFC Bank account
  • Account-payee cheque deposited at Ventureheap Academy
  • Cash deposited at Ventureheap Academy
• All bank or transaction charges must be paid by you.
• All fees should be paid in advance or as guided by our counsellor. In case of delay in fee payment, a penalty of ₹100 per day will be charged.

Refund & cancellation policy

• The fee paid for course registration is non-refundable and non-transferable in all cases.
• The fee paid for course tuition, or towards any other cause during the course, is non-transferable in all cases, but you can apply for a refund within 15 days of batch commencement.
• If we are unable to provide you with a place in the course, a full refund will be given.
• Ventureheap Academy may terminate your course in case of any serious misconduct, and no fees will be refunded. You are expected to behave in a suitable manner during the course.

Attendance policy

• Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory to receive the Certificate of Course Completion. Only such students will be allowed to sit in the final exam.
• Students with attendance below 75% will be terminated. They will not be allowed to sit in the final exam, and no certificate will be provided.
• If a student terminated due to low attendance wants to continue the course, the student needs to take re-admission by paying half of the course fee.
• Attendance for every session is taken within the first 5 minutes of the session. Nobody can change the attendance once it is submitted in our system.
• Latecomers will not be allowed to sit in the class and/or will be marked absent.
• Classes will not be rescheduled if you miss a lesson, regardless of the reason, unless the Ventureheap team decides to do so.

Certification policy

Ventureheap provides 2 types of certificates:

• Certificate of Course Completion – given to all students who complete the course while meeting all parameters such as attendance, good behaviour and a good learning attitude.
• Certificate of Excellence / Ventureheap Certified Digital Marketer – awarded to students who perform exceptionally well in the final evaluation (minimum 75% score).

To get other certificates such as Google, HubSpot or Meta (Facebook), you need to clear their examinations; Ventureheap will prepare you for them. If any exam fee is applicable, you will need to pay it.

Photography & filming

• Classes cannot be filmed or recorded in any way without written permission from the management.
• Ventureheap may use films or photographs of students for promotional purposes.

Other terms

• Ventureheap reserves the right to change or cancel a course entirely or partly. In such cases, an alternate course or a refund will be provided.
• Ventureheap reserves the right to change trainers at any time during the course.
• Ventureheap reserves the right to change the dates or times of classes with prior intimation to the students.
• Ventureheap reserves the right to refuse any application or admission before the course begins. The management is not obliged to give a reason for the rejection.
• Students have to pay for any damage caused to the premises in any manner.

Disputes & changes to these terms

• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur only.
• Ventureheap reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without prior notice. All students, old and new, are bound by the latest version of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy published on this website.
